  • Spot trading of digital assets

  • Access to DeFi protocols through our DeFi Gateway
  • Real-World Asset (RWA) marketplace
  • Custody services with hybrid custody options
  • AI-powered trading tools and analytics

5. Trading Rules

When trading on our Platform, you agree to:

  • Execute trades only on your own behalf unless authorized otherwise
  • Not engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading practices
  • Comply with all applicable trading limits and restrictions
  • Accept that all executed trades are final and binding
  • Understand and accept the risks associated with digital asset trading

6. Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees as published on our Platform. Fees may include:

  • Trading fees for spot and derivatives markets
  • Withdrawal fees
  • Service fees for premium features
  • Any other fees disclosed on the Platform

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice to users.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
  • Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Stoxtel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoxtel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoxtel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
